Partnering with Parents

We consider camp the perfect partner to family, school, and community youth activities to help children learn. We do everything possible to establish an atmosphere of creativity and enrichment under the supervision of positive role models. We believe that we share the same goals you do for your children: independence, decision-making, social and emotional skills, and good character.

We also recognize that regardless of how much reassurance we offer, you are understandably concerned about sending your child away for the summer. That’s why we post hundreds of photos daily on our Web site. We’re also committed to maintaining a high level of communication with you. Our door is always open – whether for listening, coaching, or empathizing.

Decades ago, it was the job of parents to expose their children to the “outside world.” Today, we are more anxious about protecting our children from that outside world. You want your child to feel (and be!) safe and to have a ton of fun while making new friends. That’s what we want, too – nothing is more important to us. It’s in our hearts, our words, and our actions. We respect the amount of trust you’ve placed in our camp, and we want you to know this is a responsibility we take very seriously.

We truly are your partners in parenting. Together, we work to provide support, encouragement, and opportunities for your children.
