2027 Pioneers-in-Training Tuition
Toddlers ages 18-30 months have their own program and can attend 2, 3, or 5 times per week. Campers ride the morning bus and are picked up by a parent or caregiver at 12:15 pm. Morning snack is included. Limited enrollment – no credits apply.

Enrollment and $2,000 deposit must be received by August 21, 2026. Additional payments of $2,000 per camper are due on November 1, 2026 and February 1, 2027. Payment in full is due by April 1, 2027.

Payment must be made in full by November 1, 2026.
If deposit is received by August 21, 2026 and payment is made in full by November 1, 2026, both the early enrollment credit and the early payment credit will apply.

Deposit
A deposit of $2,000 per camper is required upon enrollment. Payment in full is due by April 1, 2027. Please make checks payable to Coleman Country Day Camp. Please note that a $100 fee applies after May 1, 2027 for any session change.
Manhattan Surcharge
There is a $500 surcharge per camper for Manhattan transportation.
Split Transportation
Transportation to and from camp on the same bus route in area served is included in the camp tuition. If a camper requires a second bus route, there is a $300 transportation surcharge per child added to the tuition cost.
Credit Card Payments
A 3% service fee is applied to all credit card payments. No fee for debit card or eCheck payments.
Refund Policy
Payments are refundable in full up until March 1, 2027. No refunds after March 1, 2027. Note, the 3% service fee for payments made via credit card is non-refundable. Days missed due to illness, vacation or absence may not be changed or substituted.
